LE MAIORA Delivery Options
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and offer two straightforward delivery methods: Standard and White Glove. Delivery fees vary based on the item type, your zip code, and the total order value.
Parcel Shipping
Smaller eligible items that ship via carriers like UPS qualify for parcel shipping. Rates are calculated based on your order subtotal. Parcel shipments are delivered directly to your doorstep without requiring a scheduled appointment. If your order contains both parcel and freight items, separate delivery fees will apply.
Freight Delivery
Larger, heavier, or oversized pieces require freight delivery, which is priced according to your order subtotal and delivery location. Locations are grouped as Local (Hawaii Island), Extended (other Hawaii islands), or Nationwide. Freight deliveries always require a scheduled appointment.
Freight Delivery & White Glove Service
Standard freight delivery includes drop-off at your doorstep only. For added convenience, White Glove Service is available for an additional fee per order. This premium service provides in-home delivery by a two-person team, who will place your item in the room of your choice and remove all packaging materials. White Glove
Service is currently available on the Big Island of Hawaii and may be possible on other Hawaii islands depending on the item and location. Availability and fees vary by region, with extra charges possible for remote areas.
Additional Fees & Surcharges
Certain oversized or heavy items may incur extra fees beyond standard freight rates due to their size and handling requirements. Additional charges can also apply for complex deliveries or labor-intensive installations. These surcharges ensure your items are handled, transported, and installed safely with proper care.
An extra fee applies for upstairs deliveries involving large or heavy items, reflecting the additional effort required. If your order includes such items and you request upstairs delivery, this surcharge will be billed separately.
